Pure Salubrious was inspired by my own journey of becoming conscious of the importance of what I was eating. At the age of 14, initially just as an experiment I decided to try out a pure food gluten-free and sugar-free diet for a week to see what effect it would have on me. Fast forward to today, this one week turned into 6 years and counting, to the point where it has become not just a diet anymore, but a lifestyle. This pure salubrious take on healthy eating and living has helped me in so many aspects of my life physically, mentally and emotionally.

I decided to use this book as a platform to share some of the various recipes I was inspired to create following this wholesome way of life. I created the first version of this book in my free time whilst studying for and taking my A-Levels, and a few years later decided to update it and get it published.

These fresh recipes are a wonderful guilt-free alternative to indulging in tasty meals whilst still achieving your healthy lifestyle.
